Shipping Policy

At Aris.A, we strive to ship your order promptly and reliably from our fulfilment centre in California. Once your order is placed, our goal is to deliver your package within 5–8 business days within the continental United States.

1. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within0–1 business days before shipment. During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer. Orders placed by 10:00 AM PST (Monday–Friday) will be processed same day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

Available shipping options:

• Express and Next-Day service not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or other restricted areas. 
• “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders requesting Next-Day shipped on Friday cannot arrive on Saturday. All sales are FOB shipping point (i.e. title and risk pass to buyer when shipped).

3. Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
• If you placed your order by phone or do not receive a tracking link, please contact our Customer Service team for updates.

Note: Tracking may not be available for some international shipments.

5. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International Orders)

For shipments outside the U.S., your order may incur import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees once the package reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. For customs policies specific to your country, please contact your local customs office.

6. Sales Tax & Local Fees

Sales tax is calculated based on the “Ship To” address.

Example: For Colorado (effective July 1, 2022), orders shipped into Colorado incur a $0.27 retail delivery fee that is non-refundable and collected along with taxes or as a separate line item. (This fee may apply even if free shipping is granted.)

7. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover.

You can also check out securely using Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal Wallet.

All transactions are processed securely and encrypted to protect your payment information.

8. Additional Notes & Exceptions

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Express and Next-Day options are not available for some remote or restricted locations.

All orders are shipped from the U.S. (unless otherwise stated).

If you believe your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will assist in tracing it.
